I have had the pleasure of working with Leigh for the past 18months, and I can confidently say that his expertise and dedication have been pivotal to our team’s improvement. Leigh consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of both DevSecOps, software development and infrastructure.

One of Leigh’s standout qualities is his profound knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud technologies. He has expertly implemented IaC tools with Terraform to automate and streamline our infrastructure provisioning processes, making our deployments more reliable and reproducible utilising GitHub Actions. His command of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud has enabled us to leverage the full potential of these tools, optimising both performance and cost.

Leigh also shows exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our systems is meticulously configured and maintained. His proactive approach to problem-solving and keen eye for detail have significantly reduced our time to live and improved our deployment efficiency. His implementation of a monitoring platform with Grafana gave us a level of visibility on our application real estate that was previously missing.

Beyond his technical skills, Leigh is a fantastic team player, always willing to share knowledge, run workshop sessions and assist others in overcoming challenges. I highly recommend Leigh for any organisation looking to enhance their DevOps practices – his contributions have been invaluable. I wish him the best of success in future where it takes him.

I have worked with Leigh for more than a year and would like to say that he is very organised, holds excellent technical skills and great stakeholder management. He implemented great self serve solution for everyone including developers, DevOps team and IT team which would sustain for longer if used efficiently.

His attitude and approach to problem solving is incredible and resilient.

I would highly recommend Leigh for his work and attitude.
